This Privacy Policy explains how Vazulies LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan ("Vazulies", "Mercury", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Mercury desktop application and our websites at withportail.com and mercury.withportail.com (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, and password or authentication credentials.
• Task and browsing data: the instructions you give Mercury, and the browsing activity, form data, and page content Mercury processes while carrying out those instructions, to the extent necessary to complete the task.
• Saved preferences and payment methods: information you choose to save for reuse, such as travel preferences and payment methods. Payment method details are handled and stored by Dodo Payments, our third-party payment processor, not by Vazulies directly.
• Device and usage data: information about the device and operating system you use Mercury on, app version, crash reports, and general usage statistics.
• Website analytics: standard web analytics data (such as pages viewed and referring URLs) collected when you visit withportail.com.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate Mercury and carry out the tasks you request;
• Maintain your account and process subscription billing;
• Improve the reliability and capabilities of Mercury;
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to our Service;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, such as our hosting provider and Dodo Payments, our payment processor;
• With the websites and services Mercury interacts with on your behalf, to the extent necessary to complete a task you requested (for example, submitting a booking form to an airline);

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your information.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and task data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we retain it for up to 12 months to meet legal, billing, and security obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Mercury is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
